3、起步单元安装工艺
3. Beginning area erection technology
3.1、A、B段网架拼装
3.1 A、B assembling
起步块均安装上弦4个网格,下弦3个网格进行选取,煤棚网架A、B段网架总重量约为32T,辅料库网架A、B段网架总重量约为28T,两网架均从支座端延跨向拼装时采用两台25T吊车,拼装到设计位置时,用两根φ17.5钢丝绳和10T倒链进行张拉,防止变形过大,影响对接,因为两网架结构相同,跨度略有不同,因此两个网架的安装方法相同,为了方便说明,我们主要介绍较重网架的安装方法,即煤棚网架,辅料库安装与煤棚相同,不在赘述。
4 grids from upper chord and 3 grids from lower chord will be selected for beginning area. Total weight for coal shed A、B is 32T, total weight for additive shed A、B is 28T. For both A and B, when starting assembling for bases, two units 25T cranes should be used for hoist. In order to avoid any huge deion of the grid during erection, two φ17.5 steel wires and 10T chain-block should be used when assembling to design position. With similar structure but little differences of span, the erection plan for these two sheds are the same. To clarify, we will specify the erection plan for the one with heavier weight, namely coal stockpile shed.

根据A段吊点位置,经过计算,四个吊点的重量均按照8计算,采用四台吊车抬吊时,按照中国规范需考虑1.33倍的不均匀分配系数,则单个吊点实际起吊重量为10.64T。经过计算上部吊点采用两台100T汽车吊,下部选用两台50T汽车吊。AB段吊装顺序为先用四台吊车将A段吊装至设计位置,然后两台吊车撤至B段配合另外两个100T汽车吊吊装,将B段吊至设计位置。

   According to A point position and after calculation, the weight of 4 lifting point is regarded as 8. When lifting with 4 units cranes, in accordance with the Chinese norms it need to consider 1.33 times as the uneven distribution coefficient, then the actual lifting weight of single lifting point is 10.64T. After calculation, upper lifting point need two units 100T cranes and lower lifting point need two units 50T cranes. Lifting order of A、B should be: firstly, A part is lifted to the design position by 4 units cranes. Then 2 out of 4 should be transferred to B area and to cooperate with another two 100 units cranes for lifting B part to design position.

3.5、A、B段空中对接
3.5 A、B connection above ground
空中对接需采用6台汽车吊,即两个台50T吊车和四台100T吊车,为了保证对接顺力,对接时每个连接点有一名安装人员在高空接应,拼装顺序沿宽度方向从一端向另一端,拼装工艺为先下弦杆再腹杆最后上弦杆。对接时安装人员接到对应的弦杆后将高强螺栓与螺栓球孔连接,初步连接时应先拧入三~五扣,根据其他安装人员的安装情况,待全部安装螺栓均进入螺栓球后,再一起将高强螺栓紧固到位。安装时要避免某个高强螺栓先拧紧,这样会造成其他高强螺栓难以安装到位。对接成功后要对施拧过的高强螺栓进行复拧,防止因受力变形导致螺栓未紧固到位。
Connection need 6 units cranes, including 2units 50T cranes and 4units 100T cranes. Each connection point need an erector for the success of connection. Connection order should start from one side to the other along the direction of width. Connection of pipe should from lower string pipe, abdomen to upper string pipe. When connecting the pipe, connect high-strength bolt to bolt ball. At first, strengthen the bolt by 10%, after all the bolt has been put into bolt balls, then strengthen the bolt to the end. It should avoid only one bolt being strengthened to the end, which will lead to other bolts deviation. After successfully connected, all the high-strength bolt should be strengthen again in case of any deviation.
4、起步单元卸载
4.unloading of beginning area
   起步单元空中对接共采用6台大吨位吊车,我们将这6台吊车分为三组,吊装B段的两台为一组,吊装C段靠近B段侧的两台为二组,吊装C段的另外两台为三组。卸载顺序为三组卸载一吨力→二组卸载一吨力→一组卸载一吨力→A段底部千斤顶卸载2cm→第一轮卸载结束暂停15分钟后开始第二轮卸载,按照第一轮的卸载方式每卸载完一次暂停15分,直到所有吊车和千斤顶不在承受荷载,卸载完成。当卸载完毕后,即刻将塔架顶部千斤顶恢复到顶紧状态,保证起步单元的整体稳定性。
Connection of beginning area need 6 units cranes, which are grouped into 3 groups. Two units lifting B as group I, Two units lifting C but near B as group II, Two units lifting  as group III. Unloading order should be group III 1T→group II 1T→group I 1T→bottom of A 2cm→pause for 15minutes before starting another unloading until all the cranes or jacks are no load. After unloading is finished,use jack on the top of tower to make sure the completion of frame.
5、后续网架的安装
(1)、当起步单元网架安装完成后,进行后续网架的高空散装,高空散装采用两台50T吊车从网架的跨向的中部位置往○A、○B轴支座位置进行,然后再从支座位置返回至跨中位置,逐圈安装逐圈闭合,直至完成,如下图示。
(1)when beginning area is finished, the rest grid should be assembling at high altitude, taking place from middle part of grid to A、B axis foundation. Then start over until completion. 


(2)、高空散装时每个工作面可将安装人员分成两部分,一部分拼装地面小单元,另一部分进行高空安装,安装程序为:先由地面拼装人员按图纸要求,将待安装网架在地面拼装成小单元,用吊车将小单元吊到空中已经安装好的网架的对应位置,由高空作业人员完成小单元与网架的连接。
The erection crew shall be divided into two parts during the above-ground erection, one part is responsible for ground-assembling and the other part is responsible for above-ground erection. The procedure of the erection is: the workers of ground-assembling shall assemble small units according to the design drawings, assemble the shed to be erected into small units, and lift these small units up to their corresponding positions, and then the erection workers above-ground shall finish the connection from the small units to the shed body.
